An entrepreneur from an early age, she launched her first business at just 12 years old and has since built a career rooted in leadership, problem-solving, and creating meaningful improvements wherever she sees opportunity.
Her experience spans business operations, project management, construction technology, custom home technology design, bookkeeping, business consulting, property management, real estate investment, and residential remodeling. Throughout her career, she has consistently been drawn to improving systems, simplifying complex challenges, and helping projects move forward with clarity and purpose.
One of J’s proudest accomplishments was leading the transformation of her family’s manufactured home community, implementing sustainable operational improvements that increased its long-term value and ultimately resulted in a sale exceeding $1 million above its original value.

After more than 15 years of continued education in leadership, communication, business development, and personal growth, she has developed a leadership style centered on trust, collaboration, and genuine care for both clients and team members.

Xander Meehan serves as Chief Business Officer at Lucky Clover Construction, where he oversees the company’s customer experience. As a fifth-generation entrepreneur, he brings a fresh perspective grounded in innovation, strong communication, and a genuine passion for serving people well.
With more than 10 years of customer service experience and five years specializing in sales and client acquisition, Xander understands that successful remodeling projects begin long before construction starts. He is dedicated to creating an experience where clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout every stage of their project.
Known for his adaptability, problem-solving, and systems-oriented thinking, Xander is always looking for ways to improve communication, streamline processes, and strengthen relationships. His technical mindset and natural curiosity allow him to connect big-picture ideas with practical solutions that benefit both clients and the Lucky Clover team.

Bryan Meehan serves as Chief Operations Officer at Lucky Clover Construction, bringing nearly three decades of experience in construction, entrepreneurship, and business leadership. As a third-generation tradesman and second-generation contractor, building has been part of his life for as long as he can remember.
Throughout his career, Bryan has worked in excavation, new construction, home remodeling, rehabilitation, residential and commercial low-voltage systems, home theaters, project management, and business ownership. This broad experience gives him a unique perspective on how successful projects come together, from thoughtful planning and efficient systems to skilled craftsmanship and strong teamwork.
While Bryan enjoys solving problems and improving operations, he believes the true foundation of any successful company is its people. He is passionate about building teams where trust, respect, collaboration, and accountability allow everyone to do their best work. His leadership philosophy is simple: when people support one another and work toward a shared purpose, extraordinary things become possible.

His professional background includes extensive project management, more than 15 years in the electrical and security industries, and leadership experience across security, healthcare, manufacturing, service, and education. This diverse experience has shaped his practical, solutions-focused approach and his ability to navigate complex projects with confidence and precision.
Mart oversees every stage of construction, coordinating teams, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects stay on schedule while delivering exceptional results. His experience working in both Europe and the United States has broadened his perspective on craftsmanship and project delivery, inspiring a continual pursuit of better systems, stronger communication, and higher standards.
